Our longstanding client NIO Cocktails wanted to completely redesign and rebuild their website, with a clear goal: to create a premium platform that reflects the quality and craftsmanship behind their ready-to-sip cocktails.

The Solution
We wanted to create a more premium experience that truly showcases their incredible range of ready-to-sip cocktails. One of the biggest challenges in food and drink ecommerce? You can’t see, smell, or taste the product. That’s why a great website needs to bridge that gap, using standout photography, rich descriptive language, and thoughtful design to bring the product to life online. Our team worked on a full website redesign and rebuild, to improve performance, usability and scalability.

A smoother, more intuitive “Build a Box” experience for effortless customisation. We introduced simpler and easier to use “Build a Box” and assortment functionality to encourage discovery and increase Average Order Value.
Highlighting NIO’s award-winning products, press coverage, and 5-star reviews.
Created more of a gifting experience through an additional navigation menu and tailoring on site experiences specifically for gift shoppers.

The Results
The results were immediate and impactful. We saw an uplift in conversion rate, stronger engagement across the site, and a significantly improved Shopify store performance overall. We also saw a better performing "Build A Box" experience which had an immediate impact in terms of ease of use, increasing AOV and conversion
Most importantly, the new website now truly reflects the premium nature of the NIO Cocktails brand, delivering an experience that feels just as refined as the cocktails themselves.
